I wish people still named companies things like UNITRODE or TERADYNE or INTERLAN instead of epic lord of the rings or The Oatmeal references
I had no direct experience of this, and so tend to think of Tracy Kidder's "Soul of a New Machine" as a reference for the 128 tech cooridor.
